The large living room is made up of an equipped kitchen area with central island, a wide choice of kitchen utensils and household appliances, a large solid wood table and a lounge area with large screen TV. Large double-glazed aluminum windows opening on all sides onto a large wooden terrace of approximately 110m², 70m² of which is covered.
Fully air-conditioned house, 5 reversible air conditioning in each room, wood stove.
The four bedrooms have double glazing opening to the outside, two bathrooms with Italian shower, sink and two separate toilets. Two hair dryers
8 beds in total: 2 double beds 160/200 and 4 single beds 90/190. Single beds can also be transformed into a double bed according to your request.
Indoors: several board games will entertain young and old. Bluetooth Speaker. For lovers of good coffee, a Nespresso machine with capsules.
